We have strengthened Avalon's security. These steps help keep your account and wallet safe. To change your settings, log in and open Profile → Security.
1. Use a strong, unique password
Use a password you don't use anywhere else. If you think it may be known, reset it from the login page.
2. Keep your 4-digit PIN private
Avalon staff will never ask for your password, PIN or verification codes. Never share them with anyone.
3. Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a code from an authenticator app each time you sign in. When it is available on your account, you can turn it on from Profile → Security.
4. Watch for unfamiliar activity
- Check the login alert emails we send you.
- If you see a login you don't recognise, change your password and PIN straight away.
- Report it to us through the Help Centre.
5. Beware of fake messages
Only trust links to avalonmarket.online. Avalon will never ask you to send money to a personal account to unlock a bonus or a withdrawal.
